LOU MAYLE

Chief Development Officer

Lou Mayle, former SVP of Cardinal Health, and VP Ops/Business Development at DaVita, joins Profit Isle as Chief Development Officer. Lou is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Babson College (MBA). He and his wife, Dawn, and two children live in Marblehead, MA.

Led large retail companies for over 30 years, including serving as Chief Operating Officer of Circuit City Stores, which he helped build from $200 million in revenues to over $12.5 billion. Served as President of the Tools and Lawn & Garden business units of Sears Holdings for six years. Graduate of the University of Notre Dame.

DANIEL BARRETT

Former Executive Vice President at a large commercial construction firm who led multiple business units, department turnarounds, strategic planning, and organizational improvement practices. He is an active board and community leader helping diverse organizations drive strategy, implement change initiatives, and manage profitable growth. Graduate of Stanford University and Washington State University.

ROBIN PANO

Managing Director

Former partner with AT Kearney with over 25 years of experience in leading and delivering transformational programs in operations and supply chain. A leader in supply chain strategy and operational improvement, her career has included major consulting engagements for Fortune 500 and public sector clients including: Microsoft, Starbucks, Clorox, ConAgra Foods, Kaiser Permanente, Staples, Avon, Dean Foods, and State of California. Proven track record for delivering tangible results and securing high client satisfaction. Graduate of Bowdoin College and Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.

MICHAEL HUME

Managing Director

Former President/CEO of PVI Holdings and W&O Supply, Inc., and Supervisory Board member and SVP of Pon Holdings, a multibillion-dollar global corporation based in The Netherlands. Led the team at W&O Supply as it grew from a US-based $20M PVF distributor to a $180M global leader in the maritime industry. Strong operating experience in distribution and manufacturing from past key roles as branch/regional manager, Mergers and Acquisitions, National Sales Manager, and COO. Babson College MBA and undergraduate. Married 32 years, 4 children. Active supporter of The Arc, Wounded Warriors and the Ronald McDonald House.
